Our history
After dedicating 17 years to mobile grooming, Karen’s deep love for animals and commitment to stress-free grooming led her to take a big leap in 2015—opening Scruffy to Fluffy Spa. Her vision was clear: to build a safe, serene, and welcoming environment where pets could be pampered with gentle, individualized care. Drawing on nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Karen established a place where both pets and their owners could feel at ease.
Her approach to grooming—focused on compassion, patience, and one-on-one attention—quickly earned her recognition in the pet care industry, with several grooming awards to her name. More importantly, she built lasting relationships with clients who trust her team with their beloved companions time and again.
Now celebrating 9 successful years, Scruffy to Fluffy has grown beyond grooming. It offers a full range of personalized services including playful, supervised daycare, cozy overnight boarding, a convenient self-wash station, and more.
